Drive Restoration, Step One

The intake procedure is as follows: We will assess the drives health physically, and on a case by case basis some drives need will need to be repaired before the drive may be imaged. Three main issues of Drive Failure: Mechanical problems, Electronic problems, and Firmware Problems.

Disk Imaging, Step Two

In this Step, the contents of the disk/repaired disk(s) are read and copied to another disk using Professional disk imaging software and and data recovery specific hardware. Making a working copy of your disk prevents further data loss caused by working with a malfunctioning disk during the data retrieval phase.

Data Retrieval, Step Three

In this step we retrieve the files YOU want, using the copy of your drive we created in step two. This is but one way we protect our customers data and insure that all accessible data is retrieved.
